Data Deletion Request
At SimToRoam, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you would like to request deletion of your data, please follow the instructions below.
What Data We Store
When you use our services, we may store:
- Name and contact information (email, phone number)
- Order history and eSIM details
- WhatsApp communication preferences
- Usage data for eSIM services
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please:
- Email us at privacy@simtoroam.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request"
- Include in your email:
- Your full name
- Email address associated with your account
- Phone number (if applicable)
- Any order numbers you wish to have deleted
- We will process your request within 30 days
What Happens After Deletion
Once your data is deleted:
- Your personal information will be permanently removed from our systems
- Any active eSIMs will continue to work until expiry but we will have no record of them
- You will no longer receive any communications from us
- Order history will be anonymized for legal/accounting requirements
