# Device Compatibility

Our services rely on eSIM technology and mobile networks provided by our partners. Not all devices or networks support eSIM.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is compatible before purchasing and activating one of our eSIM products.

## 1. eSIM support

To use our services you will need:

– A device that supports eSIM (embedded SIM) technology.
– A device that is not locked to another network, where required.
– A device and operating system version that supports the type of eSIM profile we provide.

We may publish general guidance on compatible devices, but this is not exhaustive and may change over time.

## 2. Regional and network limitations

Some devices support eSIM only in certain regions or with certain carriers. Local regulations and manufacturer policies may affect compatibility.

We cannot guarantee that every eSIM-capable device will work with all of our products in all countries or networks.

## 3. Before you purchase

We strongly recommend that you:

– Check your device manufacturer’s documentation for eSIM support.
– Check whether your device is carrier-locked.
– Review any compatibility information we provide for specific products.

If you are unsure, please contact us before purchasing.

## 4. After purchase

If your device turns out to be incompatible, we will consider refund requests in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the specific circumstances, but we cannot guarantee a refund in all cases.
