# Fair Usage Policy

This Fair Usage Policy (“FUP”) is designed to ensure that all customers can enjoy a high-quality service and to protect our networks and those of our partners from misuse.
It applies to all use of our eSIM and connectivity services provided by The Very Good Telephone Company Limited (VGTELCO and SimToRoam).
## 1. General principles
You must use our services in a fair, reasonable and responsible manner. You must not use the service in a way that:
– Adversely affects other users or network performance.
– Is illegal, fraudulent, abusive or harmful.
– Breaches these terms, our Terms & Conditions or applicable laws.
## 2. Data usage
Some plans may include stated data allowances or “unlimited” usage subject to fair use limits. We may apply reasonable usage thresholds, such as:
– Daily, weekly or monthly data thresholds for roaming products.
– Restrictions on continuous or automated high-volume usage.
If your usage is significantly higher than typical usage patterns for similar services or appears to be inconsistent with normal personal use, we may contact you to discuss your usage or take appropriate action.
## 3. Prohibited uses
You must not use the service for:
– Spamming or unsolicited bulk communications.
– Hosting servers or providing services to third parties (unless explicitly permitted).
– Excessive automated traffic, such as machine-to-machine use not authorised by us.
– Activities that infringe intellectual property or other rights.
## 4. Measures we may take
If we reasonably believe your usage is unfair or in breach of this FUP, we may:
– Restrict, suspend or terminate your service.
– Apply traffic management or speed-limiting measures.
– Refuse to renew or sell certain services to you in future.
We will aim to contact you before taking significant action where reasonably possible.

We may update this Fair Usage Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
