To use a SimToRoam eSIM, your device must support eSIM technology. Some devices must also be unlocked to work correctly with international eSIM services.

1. eSIM Support

Your phone or device must have built-in eSIM capability. Not all devices include this feature.

2. Unlocked Device

In many cases, your device must be unlocked and not restricted to another mobile network.

3. Software Version

Some devices require a recent operating system version to install and manage eSIM profiles correctly.

4. Regional Limitations

Compatibility may vary depending on the country version of your device, manufacturer restrictions, and carrier settings.

  • Your device supports eSIM
  • Your device is unlocked if required
