Your order details and installation information are normally provided shortly after purchase.
Digital Delivery
All SimToRoam eSIM products are delivered electronically.
Your order normally includes the information needed to install and activate your eSIM on a compatible device.
Delivery Time
Delivery is usually instant, but may take up to 5 minutes in normal circumstances.
In some cases, delivery may take longer due to payment verification, technical checks, or temporary system issues.
How You Receive It
Your eSIM details are sent by email as the default delivery method.
Depending on the service and support method used, activation details or installation links may also be available through the SimToRoam app, web chat, WhatsApp or SMS where supported.
No Physical Shipment
SimToRoam eSIMs are digital telecommunications services.
No physical SIM card, parcel, package or postal delivery is involved.
If You Have Not Received Your eSIM
- check your inbox and spam/junk folder
- allow a few minutes after payment is confirmed
- check the email address used during checkout
- use the SimToRoam app or web chat and type help for guided support
