Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM card that is built into your device. It allows you to connect to mobile networks without using a physical SIM card.

Do I need to wait for delivery?

No. All eSIMs are delivered instantly by email after your payment is completed. There is no physical delivery.

Which devices support eSIM?

Most modern smartphones support eSIM, including newer:

  • iPhone models
  • Samsung Galaxy models
  • Google Pixel devices

You must also ensure your device is network unlocked.

When does my eSIM start working?

Some eSIMs activate immediately after installation, while others activate when you arrive in your destination country and connect to a supported network. This is clearly shown on each plan.

Can I install the eSIM before I travel?

Yes. You can install the eSIM at home, but activate it only when you arrive if required. Do not activate unless instructed.

Can I keep my normal SIM active?

Yes. Your physical SIM can stay active for calls and texts while your eSIM is used for mobile data.

What happens if my data runs out?

Once your data allowance is used, the eSIM will stop working. You can purchase another plan if available.

Can I use hotspot or tethering?

Some plans allow tethering, others do not. This depends on the network and product type.

What speeds will I get?

Speeds depend on local network coverage and conditions. We do not guarantee specific download speeds.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available only in specific circumstances such as failed activation or technical faults. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
